Its tiers A to F are shown as S to D: A with a 10-year warranty is S, D counts as C, E and F as D. Units the list doesn't rate yet get a cautious estimate (marked “est.”, never above B and never a pick): D without any 80 Plus rating, following the list's own rules; otherwise C, or B for Silver and better from a maker with well-rated units. Motherboards: estimated from the chipset and the board line, because a board's power delivery follows its line; boards can be rated one by one as reviews come in. Updated 17 Oct 2026.
